Note: All pets must be registered with the office, and a pet addendum must be on file. 


Breed Restrictions: Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, and Rottweiler.


Assistance animals (including certified service animals and approved emotional support animals for individuals with disabilities) are not considered pets. Standard pet policies, pet rents, or pet deposits do not apply to verified assistance animals pursuant to the Fair Housing Act.
